Militant killed in special operation in Dagestan

Today, after a shootout that broke out in the Untsukul District of Dagestan, law enforcers killed a militant, who had been involved in terrorism, the Russian National Antiterrorist Committee (NAC) has reported.

Today, the Untsukul District of Dagestan was put under the counterterrorist operation (CTO) regime, after which a source reported about a shootout of law enforcers with an alleged militant in the gorge near the village of Kharachi.

In the course of a CTO, conducted in the Untsukul District, a militant was killed, who had been involved in terrorist crimes, the RIA "Novosti" reports with reference to the NAC's information centre.
