Hideout with weapons and ammunition discovered in Dagestan

In the Untsukul District, a hideout with ammunition, small arms, and an improvised explosive device (IED) has been destroyed on the outskirts of the village of Gimry.

"In the course of the operational-search activities, on the outskirts of the village, law enforcers discovered a hideout which contained an IED, components for improvised explosive devices, two hand grenade launchers, a machine gun, a submachine gun, and ammunition," reports a source from the law enforcement bodies of the region.

The IED was destroyed at the place, and the grenade launchers and small arms were seized, the "Interfax" reports.

Earlier, the "Caucasian Knot" has reported the discovery of a dugout with ammunition in the Tabasaran District of Dagestan. Law enforcers seized from the hideout more than 500 rounds, food, and clothes.
