May 21 is day of memory of Caucasian War victims

Actions to commemorate the 140th anniversary of the end of the Caucasian War and the day of memory of its victims are to take place in Adygeya, Kabardino-Balkaria, Karachaevo-Cherkessia, and Krasnodar Territory on May 21.

In Prichernomorskaya Shapsugia for instance, these actions will be conducted in the village of Bolshoy Kichmay. The program contains the commemoration of war victims, the laying of wreaths at the Golovinskoye Tulip Tree and at the shore of the Black Sea, as well as a judo competition, in which sportsmen from Sochi, Maikop, Tuapse, and the Tuapse district will take part.
