Survey on access to information in Nagorny Karabakh

The Stepanakert Press Club is conducting a survey on the problem of access to information. The action is being carried out within the framework of the "Strengthening Democracy in the South Caucasus through Freedom of Expression" Project implemented by the international organization Article 19 with the financial assistance of the Open Society Institute. 1,000 people are expected to be questioned in the capital of Nagorny Karabakh, Stepanakert, and in the districts of the republic.

The goal of the survey it to disclose the real situation with access to information and freedom of expression in Nagorny Karabakh as well as to determine what problems in the given field people in the republic face with.
