Abductions in Kabardino-Balkaria

12 people have been abducted in Kabardino-Balkaria and taken away in the direction of Mozdok, North Osetia, for the last few days. Eight of them are residents of the Bylym village, the Elbrussky district. Some of the abducted people were found beaten, with bodily injuries, on the roads leading in the direction of Chechnya. Law-enforcement agencies give no comments, saying they themselves do not know who abducts people. Witnesses say the abductors wear a camouflage uniform. They produce a special coupon when passing GAI (State Traffic Inspection) posts.
