50 rebels burst through into Tsuntinsky district of Dagestan

A group of up to 50 Chechen rebels reportedly burst through into the Tsuntinsky district of Dagestan early in the morning today.

According to secretary of the Dagestani Security Council Akhmednabi Mardigadjiyev, heads of security agencies as well as extra forces of border guards stationed in Dagestan have already departed for the place. According to some versions, the rebels occupied one of the Dagestani villages. According to other data, the group of rebels was detected when they were trying to flee to Georgia.
