Human rights defense was discussed in Khasavyurt

A seminar on the international system of human rights defense took place in Khasavyurt (the Republic of Dagestan) on October 31 - November 1. It was carried out within the framework of the North Caucasus Project of the International Helsinki Federation.

Republican NGO activists, lawyers and citizens of Khasavyurt participated in the seminar.

They studied and discussed international legal documents, analyzed specific cases that had been heard in the Strasburg Court and UN system, got practical training and consultations.
