Russian NGOs "express concern" about federalization of Georgia

The Russian non-government analytical center "Council for National Strategy" has prepared a document concerning future aspects of Georgia's federalization. The Georgian State Security Council considers this document to be another unofficial work, which does not present a stance of the Russian government.

"Hence, we exclude the opportunity to give any official comments on the judgments stated in such works by such organizations," reads the statement published by the Security Council.

The Russian Council for National Strategy promulgated its statement last week. It concerns the federal system of Georgia. According to some data, this document has been submitted for consideration to the administration of the Russian president.
