The Patriarchy interferes and calls; it was all clear with it long ago! Misha, having released the detainees; this test has failed, and it's my great, GREAT! pity:-(

Hot on the trail. I have some gibberish impression from the yesterday's action. The power that could but failed, and then delayed... And the opposition that wanted, but could do only what she could.

My Personal opinion, no more – currently, the opposition in Georgia is completely marginalized. They have nothing but exacerbation and hysterical desire to hit the aim at any cost. They've no program of actions. There are no real distinctions from Saakashvili for the best, but quite a lot – for the worst.

The power in Georgia – after the defeat in August – became much weaker, and compromises even more often now. Misha is also marginalized, in his own way! It's not so much the war of ideas, underway now, as the war for the power. In this war I still surely place my stake on Misha; in spite of the fact that my disdain for what happens, the authorities inclusive, is growing. And not only mine. In the country, in Internet forums, in journalistic environment, among the NGOs and teachersindifference is on the rise to what the end of this all will be. Not only indifference – disgust!

Many "Mishists" were sure that yesterday the power would teach a good lesson to the opposition, however, a pause again... That is, a rank-and-file citizen understands more and more how country is vulnerable and how quickly, if to be logical, actually in a couple of days, Russian army, quite painlessly, occupied towns in Eastern and Western Georgia... Wasn't it so?

And now also the Patriarchy... When I criticize the Patriarchy in Internet forums, they at once enlist me as a "Mishist"; when I ask what it has to do with each other, they tell me that supporters of the opposition never criticize the Patriarchy; thus, you are subconsciously a "Mishist". This sort of iron logic!

Thus, back to the main point. Misha is not completely confident in himself, he makes advances, he doubts and he fears.

The Patriarchy – they have gained fat a lot in the recent, reformatory years:-). They more and more often interfere with secular matters; and interference becomes lately equivalent to demand... Why not, indeed, the Patriarchy is a powerful organization having strong support in the society. The opposition all the time clings to the church; and I think the church feels better with the opposition than with Misha, who is not a complete friend... That is, intellectually, the Patriarchy and the opposition are closer... Yes, like in Butusov's song: "Chained together and linked with one aim!", however, let us leave Butusov alone; he's nothing to do with it.

So, three young guys, I can say, one of them, the main one, Dzheobar, rather rowdy-dowdy, who approved himself during a talk show as a tease and a brawler, who beat one of these days a journalist from the Public Television, have involuntarily become heroes of the "play"... Why not? The "conscience and voice" of the oppositions, singer Utsnobi, jumped over the fence and rushed at special troops "to rescue the kids, threatened with physical execution"; a fight burst out, the first one amidst slack dull rallies... It looked as if – that's it... Misha has shown the door to the opposition, and now he will launch the offensive… But no, what would you think? Misha has failed to exploit the strike, instead, he retreated back to the wait-and-see position...

And... and the Patriarchy of Georgia has called the authorities to set free the three young men to calm down the passions... And Misha did it, and what?

For me personally, it's a huge blow... There's the law, there's the power, there's the church, there're democratic values, IN THE LONG RUN!!! People shouldn't mix up all these notions... When the power makes concessions to the church – the latter shouldn't name herself reformatory… In the course of today's fight "Mishists" and oppositionists are more and more alike. It's a huge blow not only for me – for pretty many people in Georgia, but, unfortunately, not for the majority!
