Conflict between district authorities and farmers in Rostov region

The authorities of the Kuibyshev district's head Tamara Zaborodnyaya have been ceased ahead of time for an unlawful dismissal of a farm head. As it is stated in the deputy verdict, this action was caused by a district court's sentence. Tamara Zaborodnyaya was sentenced to four years of imprisonment for her meddling in the activity of the close corporation "Ravnopolye".

The situation that has arisen has no precedent in the Rostov region, but only in the part of a forced dismissal of a district administration head. As for the attempts of district authorities to take administrative control of agricultural production producers, such things are not uncommon in the region.

Several tens of resolutions infringing upon Russian laws were appealed by the prosecutor's office of the other rural district of the Rostov region - Milyutinsky.
