Official Baku keeps blaming Armenia for breaches of cease-fire regime

"Breaches of a cease-fire regime in the overwhelming majority of cases happen through the Armenian party's fault". It was announced by Azerbaijan Foreign Minister Vilayat Guliyev. According to his words, "The worsening of the situation at the armed forces contiguity line is connected with the tension in Armenia and occupied territories." "Moreover, the breaches of the cease-fire regime are aimed to undermine internal stability in Azerbaijan on the threshold of a presidential election", declared Vilayat Guliyev.
