RF Government approves the Chechnya development program for 2008-2011

The Russian Government has approved the Federal Goal-Oriented Program of "Socio-economic Development of Chechen Republic for 2008-2011" the total funding of which amounts to about 120.6 billion rubles.

The FGOP is to receive more than 110.7 billion rubles from the national budget, about 3.9 billion rubles from the Chechen budget and 5.8 billion rubles from the non-budgetary sources, runs the reference information to the appropriate resolution of the Russian Government, reports ITAR-TASS agency.

The expected outcome of the program implementation and its socio-economic indices include: growth of the gross regional product by 212.1% in 2012 as compared with 2007, double industrial output in 2012 as compared with 2006, increase in the gross output in animal husbandry and crop production, creation of at least 95,000 working places in the economic and social sectors.

The creation of a balanced social infrastructure must become the result of the FGOP implementation. In particular, dwelling norms must be provided to the population in 2012 in the amount of 13.2 square meters per one person, reports "RIA Novosti".
