Father of Dagestani MMA fighter Khabib Nurmagomedov dies

Abdulmanap Nurmagomedov, a father and a coach of Khabib Nurmagomedov, a Dagestani mixed martial arts (MMA) fighter, died. This was reported by his relatives, the "Makhachkala Izvestia" reports.

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that in May, Abdulmanap Nurmagomedov was diagnosed with bilateral pneumonia. He underwent heart surgery and was in very severe condition. On May 25, the "Mash" Telegram channel reported that the coach fell into a coma.

The cause of Abdulmanap Nurmagomedov's death is not reported.
