Video of oath of attackers on Dagestan law enforcers to IS* leader posted

The video, in which three natives of Kaspiysk swear allegiance to the leader of the "Islamic State" (IS, earlier, the ISIL), a terrorist organization banned in Russia by the court, was found on them after the shootout at the DPS (road-and-patrol service) post, sources have reported.

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that on January 11, in a shootout with law enforcers, three alleged militants were killed. The Russian National Antiterrorist Committee (NAC) announced that they had been involved in recruiting young people to the IS* and had plotted terror acts against law enforcers.

The Telegram channel "Directorate 4", which is tracking militants' activities, has reported today that the January 11 attackers on the DPS post were residents of Kaspiysk; two of them were born in 1998, and the third one was born in 1999.

A video was found on the casualties depicting their swear allegiance to the Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi, the IS* leader, says the message of the above Telegram channel.

The video entitled "The militants liquidated in Dagestan on January 11, 2019, take an oath to the ISIS*" was posted on January 27 on the YouTube channel "Operline Ru". It shows three young men; one of them is reading the text of the oath to the IS* leader from the screen of his smartphone, the other two repeat the words of the oath after him.
