The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that on January 5-6, Azerbaijan declared about 25 shelling attacks on its positions in the conflict zone.

From the morning of January 6 till the morning of January 7, units of the Armenian Armed Forces were shelled for 28 times, the Azerbaijani MoD has reported on its website. The positions stationed in the villages of Kemerli and Djafarli in the Gazakh District, and of Asrik Djyrdakhan, Agbulag and Mundjuglu in the Tovuz District, as well as on the nameless heights in these districts, were shelled by Armenia. The fire was carried out from the territories "near the occupied villages," the MoD has clarified.
