Over 1000 militaries go to exercises in Dagestani mountains

During the exercises at the military range "Dalniy" in Dagestan, artillerymen will master the missions of conducting combat and reconnaissance.

"Over a thousand militaries are taking their combat training as staff of missile and self-propelled divisions, as well as of mortar batteries," the press service of the Southern Military District has reported.

In total, the exercises in the Buinaks District involve more than 200 units of military equipment, the edition named "Youth of Dagestan" notes.

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that on April 26, Dagestan hosted air defence exercises, in the course of which militaries used the "Buk-M3" air defence missile complex.
