Nagorno-Karabakh reports movement of Azerbaijani military equipment at frontline

Azerbaijani militaries are brining their armoured vehicles and soldiers closer to the troops contact line, the Ministry of Defence (MoD) of the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic (NKR) has stated.

According to the MoD, the accumulation of equipment and servicemen and active movements of troops have been observed for several days already. The NKR's Defence Army is closely monitoring the opponents' actions and takes the necessary measures, the press service of the NKR's MoD has reported, stating that in recent days Azerbaijan is actively engaged in disinformation.

"First, Baku put into circulation the unjustified information about liberation of 11,000 hectares in the Nakhichevan area, and then posted on the Internet a video recording the use of the 'Polonez' multiple artillery rocket system and the LORA operative-tactical missile systems," the "News-Armenia" quotes the NKR's MoD.

The Azerbaijani army regained control over the village of Gyunnyut, the press service of the Independent Combined Army of the Nakhichevan Autonomous Republic stated on June 8. Armenia itself allowed Azerbaijani civilians to approach the village, said the press secretary of the Armenian MoD.
