Plenipotentiary Envoy of Stavropol Territory Governor found dead

The body of Alexander Korobeinikov with a gunshot wound was found today in Stavropol.

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that since 2013, Korobeinikov was the minister of the Stavropol Territory for the Matters of Eastern Regions. In October 2015, after this post was liquidated, he was appointed the Governor's Plenipotentiary Envoy for number of municipalities in the Caucasian Mineral Waters.

According to the "Stavropolye" TV Channel, the official could commit suicide. A rifle was found near the body, the "Kavkaz Post" specifies.

Let us remind you that on December 10, 2017, Andrei Utkin, a former plenipotentiary envoy of the Governor of the Stavropol Territory, who resigned in July 2016, was arrested within the case of an attempted fraud.
