Participant of conflict with policeman's murder shot dead in Ingushetia

In the evening on January 15, a resident of Ingushetia was killed in the village of Plievo. The murder could be motivated by revenge of relatives of a policeman killed as a result of a domestic conflict in Magas in 2016, a source in the security forces said.

According to the preliminary information, the man was shot and killed in front of the shop "Original" in the Plievo village in the Nazran District.

"He died while he was transported to a hospital," reported a source from the law enforcement bodies. According to the source, the Ingush police announced an interception plan to search for and detain criminals, the online newspaper "Ingushetia" reports.

The murdered man was presumably one of the participants in the armed conflict in Magas in July 2016, as a result of which several people were killed, including a policeman, reported a source from the law enforcement bodies. He suggested that the crime could be motivated by blood feud of relatives of the deceased policeman.
