Azerbaijan claims being shelled from machine guns

The Armenian and Karabakh armed forces have violated the ceasefire for 125 times over the past 24 hours. This has been reported today by the Azerbaijani Ministry of Defence (MoD).

According to Azerbaijani MoD's officials, the Azerbaijani positions in the villages of Gaimagly, Ferekhli, Alibeili, Agdam, Kokhanebi, Asrik Djyrdakhan, Mundjuglu, Geyali, and Zamanli were shelled from the Armenian villages of Dovekh, Shavarshavan, Mosesgekh, Chinari, and Aigedzor.

The Armenian side has used large-calibre machine guns, the Azerbaijani MoD reports.

Let us remind you that on September 18, Azerbaijan accused Armenia of 118 cases of shelling per day, and a day earlier of 144 cases of shelling. On September 16, Nagorno-Karabakh claimed that in the period from September 10 to September 16, about 1500 shots had been fired from the Azerbaijani side.
