In Buynaksk, hunger-striker complains about deterioration of his health

In Buynaksk, two persons continue their hunger strike with the demand to cancel the results of the elections to the People's Assembly of Dagestan. The rest hunger-strikers had to stop their protest action because of deterioration of their health state. This has been told today to the "Caucasian Knot" correspondent by Kamil Shakhbulatov, the chief of the Buynaksk branch of the Communist Party of the Russian Federation (CPRF) and a former participant of the hunger strike.

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that on September 28, supporters and activists of the Communist Party of the Russian Federation (CPRF) declared a hunger strike in Buynaksk with the demand to review the election results. On October 16, the number of hunger-strikers reduced to eight persons. On October 17, the health state of the hunger-strikers deteriorated, and on October 18, they announced the suspension of their protest action.

"As of today, the hunger strike involves Akhmed Beibulatov, who takes part in the protest action from its very beginning. The hunger strike is also supported by Pirav Gadjimamaev, who joined the hunger-strikers on October 23. There are some other persons who want to join the hunger-strikers," said Pirav Gadjimamaev.

According to Akhmed Beibulatov, his health state is deteriorating day by day.

"I suffer from unstable blood pressure and severe pains in the stomach. When I get up, I get dizziness, and I have too little strength," Akhmed Beibulatov told the "Caucasian Knot" correspondent.

Magomedzakir Nurulvaraev and Gerei Sadykov, former participants of the hunger strike, still stay at the hospital. They have told the "Caucasian Knot" correspondent that they feel better and that physicians can discharge them from the hospital in the nearest future.
