CER of Djemilev rejected

The court has ruled to dismiss the defence's motion on conditional early relief (CER) of Khaiser Djemilev, a son of Mustafa Djemilev, one of the leaders of the movement of Crimean Tatars, the "Caucasian Knot" correspondent reports.

The defence's motion to use CER to Khaiser Djemilev, sentenced to 3.5 years of imprisonment for killing by negligence a family friend and for a theft and possession of a firearm, has been rejected for the second time.
