Three armed men killed in shootout with Dagestani power agents

Last night, in the Tabasaran District of Dagestan, three unidentified men shelled law enforcers and were killed by return fire.

Power agents were shelled when they tried to stop a "Lada Kalina" car for inspection, said a republic's law enforcement source.

According to his version, the killed persons have not been identified yet, as in the shooting their car caught fire, the "Interfax" reports.

Earlier, the "Caucasian Knot" reported that on September 23 this year's fifth counterterrorist operation (CTO) was launched in the Magaramkent District of Dagestan.
