"Mashuk-2016" launches its second shift
The preliminary outcome of the contest of projects of the first shift of the North-Caucasian Forum "Mashuk-2016" has been obtained. Participants have presented their ideas to experts of the Federal Agency for Youth Affairs and Regional Public Institutions.
The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that on August 5, the Seventh Youth Educational Forum "Mashuk-2016" was opened at the foot of Mashuk Mountain in Pyatigorsk. The first shift of the Youth Forum was focused on small businesses and preservation of traditions.
The first shift of the Youth Forum was completed on August 11. About 1300 participants were trained in areas of "Social Entrepreneurship", "Business Space", and "Youth Work", the official website of the "Mashuk-2016" reports.
Today, the second shift has been launched, and it will last until August 19. The second shift is to be focused on such areas as "Information Environment", "Youth Leadership", and "Civil Society".
According to Georgy Golovin, the forum director, "in comparison with earlier years, their compositions of all the delegations were updated by 70 percent." The participants have defended about 500 projects.
The Forum has also presented the state programme "Global Education", which involves financing of education of Russian citizens in the best universities throughout the world, the RIA "Kabardino-Balkaria" reports.
