Nemtsovs' advocate: investigators try to divert the blow from Kadyrov's retinue

Vadim Prokhorov, the advocate of Boris Nemtsov's family, has rejected the investigators' conclusion that Ruslan Mukhudinov, an officer of the Chechen battalion "Sever" (North), was the customer of Boris' murder. According to Prokhorov, investigators are trying to divert the blow away from Kadyrov's closest retinue.

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that the Investigating Committee of the Russian Federation (ICRF) announced that they intended to present the final version of the indictment to a number of figurants in the Nemtsov's murder case; complete the inquiry in January 2016 and present the materials of the case for review to the victims. They treat the above Ruslan Mukhudinov as the customer of the crime.

The advocate is sure that Mukhudinov was the organizer, but not the customer of Nemtsov's murder. Investigators have move Mukhudinov to the forefront in order "to divert the blow from Kadyrov's closest retinue," said Vadim Prokhorov.

According to one of the investigators' versions, Mukhudinov who was the Ruslan Geremeev's driver, handed a car, a pistol and ammunition to gunmen, and promised to reward them.

It is notable that the inquiry into Nemtsov's murder may be completed prior to election of Chechen leader: in 2016, Ramzan Kadyrov's term of office as the head of the republic expires.

Let us remind you that Zhanna, Boris Nemtsov's daughter, insisted on interrogating Kadyrov within the case, but investigators refused to do it.
