Six members of one family killed in Gyumri

In the city of Gyumri, the administrative centre of the Shirak Region of Armenia, a family of six persons, including one child, was killed. Another child survived and was hospitalized, the Armenian police told the "Caucasian Knot" correspondent.

The murder took place today in one of the houses in Musaelyan Street. Gunshot wounds were found on the bodies of the casualties.

According to police, the murder could be committed by a soldier, who escaped from the military base in Gyumri.

As reported by Armen Malkhasyan, the head of the press service of the Armenian police, the scene of the incident is studied by law enforcement officials.
