NCFD regions start "last bell" festivities

The regions-members of the North-Caucasian Federal District (NCFD), has launched the events dedicated to the end of the school year, known as "last bell". The schools of Karachay-Cherkessia, Ingushetia, Dagestan and Kabardino-Balkaria the events were held on May 23; and in the remaining regions they will take place on May 24.

On May 23, in the Karachay-Cherkessian Republic (KChR), the last bell rang in 176 educational institutions for 6620 pupils, of whom 2420 have graduates after 11 years, and 4200 – after nine years of training, Vasily Davydenko, the Head of the Division for Continuing Education of the Ministry of Education and Sciences of the KChR, told the "Caucasian Knot" correspondent.

Festivities were held in all schools of the republic. Teachers, parents and officials congratulated the graduates with the end of school, and addressed their parting words to them.

Now, the graduates will face their United State Exams: on May 26 – in geography and literature, and on May 29 – in the Russian language.
