Residents of Akatsij Street in Sochi complain about inaction of court marshals' service

The tenants of the apartment block at No. 5a Akatsij Street, which was blocked as a result of the construction of the M-27 highway, have gone to court against inaction of the Sochi service of court marshals, which fails to enforce the ruling of the Adler District Court of September 25, 2013, which obliged the construction company to build due entrances, exits, and passes to and from the apartment block.

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that the construction of the Olympic facility – the Federal Highway M-27 – blocked the car drive and the pedestrian pass to the above house. Its tenants went to court; and on September 25, 2013, the Adler District Court satisfied the claim and obliged the contractor – the DSD "Chernomorye" – to ensure the motor access and passage to the entrance of the house. The contractor appealed against the decision, but the Krasnodar Territorial Court upheld it and on November 28 dismissed the appeal of the DSD "Chernomorye".

Earlier, under the suit of the city administration, the tenants of the house were deprived of a woodshed and an outdoor toilet, which were treated by the court as unauthorized structures that impeded the construction of the above M-27. Then, the tenants said that the above structures were erected back in 1951; and the court decision violated their rights.
