ICRF establishes the suspect of killing Kazbek Gekkiev

As reported by the Investigatory Committee of the Russian Federation (ICRF), the suspect in the murder on December 5 inNalchik of journalist Kazbek Gekkiev was established as Zeitun Boziev, 30.

As stated by Vladimir Markin, the spokesman of the ICRF, Zeitun Boziev is a militant, the "Interfax" reports.

According to the ICRF, on November 14, 2011, Boziev participated in the murder of two precinct policemen in Nalchik; on June 1, 2012, – in killing a traffic policeman; and on July 29, 2012, – in an attempt on the lives of servicemen of internal troops of the Russia's MIA and an employee of the Cherek ROVD (District Interior Division) in Kabardino-Balkaria.

Let us remind you that earlier Gekkiev and other employees of the TV channel, where he worked, received threats.
