Armenian Scientific and Information Cultural Center wins regional competition in Kaliningrad Region

The NGO Armenian Scientific and Information Cultural Center, which works in Kaliningrad, was declared the best in the 2003 regional competition "Man. Event. Time". The organization is the winner in the Commonwealth nomination, which supposes the assessment of the nominees' activity in the field of preservation and development of national traditions. The Center has a number of branch officers in districts and towns of Kaliningrad Region. The leader of the organization is Feliks Gevorkian, founder of the regional Armenian newspaper Nairi in Kaliningrad and the Armenia dance group.
