Privileges for migrants settling down in Karabakh to be retained

Privileges for migrants moving to the Republic of Nagorny Karabakh for permanent residence will be retained in conformity with the procedure approved by the government of Nagorny Karabakh. Some 100 houses are to be built for migrants in 2004.

The total budget of the program to provide aid to migrants is 440 million drams ($1 is equal to 570 drams). The state assumes responsibility to cover expenses of transporting the migrants' belongings, to pay out one time sums and preferential credits.
