First municipal Center for Medical and Social Rehabilitation of Children with Special Needs opens in Rostov Region
The municipal Center for Medical and Social Rehabilitation of Children with Special Needs has opened in the Tarasovsky district of Rostov Region. It is the first center of such a kind in the region. The center was created within the framework of the "Children of Russia" Federal Program. Its creation was financed both from the regional and district budgets.
Over 200 disabled children and over 700 children in poor health are registered in the Tarasovsky district, not to mention children from social families. And there is over one third of the latter in the first group of children to visit the center.
