Two supposed gunmen killed in a special operation in Tirnyauz

A special operation in the town of Tirnyauz, Kabardino-Balkaria, has come to an end. Two supposed gunmen were killed during the operation. There are no losses among the personnel of law enforcement bodies.

It should be reminded that the special operation started yesterday evening, October, 6. Four supposed gunmen were blocked in the second floor of a five-storey house in Tirnyauz. Through loud-speaking communication they were suggested to surrender but in reply they opened fire from self-firers, law enforcement bodies of KBR report.

Two tommy guns and a Makarov gun were impounded from the site of the special operation. A criminal case was initiated according to clauses 222 and 317 (“Illicit firearms traffic” and “Attempt at law enforcement personnel”.

Identity of those killed is being established.
