Ingushetia: one of persons kidnapped by power agents sees charges

The fate of Zelimkhan Mutsolgov and Ibragim Tochiev, who were kidnapped by power agents on August 5, is now clear. Beaten Mutsolgov was thrown out by unknown persons from a car in the suburb of Nesterovskaya village, and Tochiev was presented charges of participation in the armed underground. The latter's relatives state that he was also strongly beaten.

Now, Zelimkhan Mutsolgov is at home, as stated by the HRC "Memorial".

On August 11, Tanzilla Mutsolgova called Bekkhan Atigov, Secretary of the Security Council of Ingushetia, aiming to find out the fate of her son Ibragim Tochiev. Atigov advised her to telephone to the Nazran ROVD; there, she was told that indeed Ibragim would be really brought to them within a day. However, militiamen did not say who and from where would bring him.

In the evening of the same day Tochiev was really brought to the ROVD, and his mother could see him. He was accused of participation in illegal armed formations and illegal storage of weapons.
