Murad Petrosian: "Karabakh settlement will be speeded up right after elections in Azerbaijan"

In his interview to the Karabakh "Azat Artsakh" newspaper, Murad Petrosian, an independent expert and editor of the author newspaper "What To Do" published in Nagorny Karabakh referred to influential American newspapers and expressed the opinion that Azerbaijan would have to accomplish three serious tasks after the elections: to provide financing of the Baku-Jeikhan pipeline construction, to adjust the Karabakh conflict, and to struggle against the country's islamisation. Azerbaijan would not be able to do it without the help of the West. So the speeding up of the Karabakh settlement from the direction of western structures should be expected in the nearest future.
